Spring Training 2024

Spring represents the rejuvenation of the natural world. As buds blossomed and animals emerged from their winter refuges, our ancestors from not so long ago engaged in a symphony of activities.

They embarked on great hunts and foraged close to the earth, utilizing the resurgence of life to grow healthy and strong again.

Our forebears ploughed fields, sowed seeds, and repaired the shelters and tools that sustained them.

Rituals and festival gatherings celebrated the fertility of the land and the return of the enduring Sun.

And as the Earth came alive, so did the spirits of the warriors. They honed their skills, invoked their primal instincts, and fortified their bodies in preparation for the quests that lay ahead.

Spring is a time of renewal, an opportunity to connect with the vital forces of nature, and a celebration of life’s cyclical journey. Join us this season for a rekindling of the ancestral flame.

Who should Join

Our program is designed for individuals seeking more than just a workout. If you're ready to break free from the confines of traditional fitness and embrace a holistic approach to self-sufficiency, this is for you.

While most of our exercises can be modified to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels, our workouts are challenging and demand a high level of focus and consistency to achieve results. Plan on sticking with the program for the full 12-week cycle.

You will be encouraged to practice the movements outside of our classes and incorporate them into your lifestyle.

Our classes weave together strength, conditioning, and movement education. We run, jump, crawl, climb, get up from the ground, and practice defensive games and drills. If you have any pain, limitations, or concerns while performing these types of movements, please Contact Us!

Finally, a major aspect of this program is to exercise outdoors. Nature often challenges us with a range of weather conditions, temperatures, uneven ground, hidden roots, dirt, bugs, thorns, and rough surfaces like stones and bark. While our number one priority is always safety - expect to receive the occasional lump, bump, or scrape as you explore these wild movements.
